MyWay Xchange

November 7, 2011. Since the launch of MyWay Xchange early this summer, we have received a number of calls from resellers wanting to be set-up for access to MyWay Xchange. For those resellers who don’t know, MyWay Xchange is a free resellers tool that makes managing and supporting your customers easier than ever. Some common questions resellers are asking:
 
Q: What is MyWay Xchange?
A: MyWay Xchange is a new online tool that will connect MyWay resellers and customers in real time. MyWay designed the reseller portal to give resellers live information about their customers and base stations within their respective coverage areas, enabling them to ensure their customers’ RTK service is always performing at optimum levels. Q: How can I get signed up and what do you need from me?
A: All we will need to get you set-up is the reseller email address that we have on file for your company and about 20 minutes of your time. A customer support person will personally walk you through the MyWay Xchange online tool to help you understand its many uses and how it can support you and your customers.

Q: My customers aren’t showing up on the map view? How can I get them added?
A: In the event certain customers aren’t appearing on your map, you can either call MyWay RTK support at 866-963-5785 or email support@mywayrtk.com and we will manually link them to you. Please provide your contact information in the email, as well as the main reseller contact name for your company. Lastly, please provide the customer names that are not showing up that you would like to have linked to your reseller account.
